Things to Consider Before Visiting Partner Offices

• Successfully finish the ininal app registration process before going to the partner office.
• Please do not request a deliveryman after registration.
• Present the document you used to register with ininal to the authorized representative when you visit the partner office.
• Your name, surname, passport number or ID number of a Turkish citizen, temporary residence permit, citizenship information, phone number, e-mail address and occupation information must match the details you entered when registering for the contract.
• Handwrite the text 'I hereby confirm that, I have read and understood the terms of the agreement and received a copy of it.' in the relevant field of the contract and sign and date it.
• Deliver a copy of the contract to the authorized representative.
• After signing the contract, kindly give the authorized partner representative the paperwork you used to register with ininal and one of the following three documents that proves your address: a local passport page with your address details, an e-government residence certificate, or recent three months' worth of utility, water, or natural gas bills issued in your name.
• After your limit increase agreement has been reviewed by ininal's responsible department, an e-mail with the application result will be sent to your e-mail address associated with your account.
• Applications for contract signature without completing the registration procedure on ininal will not be accepted.
• Please do not request a deliveryman after signing the the contract.
• If you have requested a deliveryman, you can contact our customer service to cancel your request.
