FAQ

An ininal account is what a bank account is. This is the account you can use for all financial transactions except shopping. You can make wire transfers/EFT, send money to other ininal accounts and pay your bills with your account. If you want to do shopping, you need to add a virtual or physical card to your account.

You can view your accounts and add new accounts from the Accounts menu in our ininal mobile application.

You can add a new ininal account by swiping the account field to the left and clicking on the "Create New Account" field.

You can use your account number to top up your account. You can give your account number to the cashier to top up from contracted points such as ŞOK and Migros, and you can write your account number in the description field to top up via Money Order/EFT. You can also use the barcode number of your card. You can also top up with a credit or debit card registered in your name.

If you are an ininal Plus member, you can instantly transfer money 24/7 by entering your ininal account IBAN in the recipient section to send money to your account. You can also easily transfer money with your mobile phone number, TR ID number or e-mail address by defining Easy Address in your ininal application.

If you are not an ininal Plus member, you can top up your account as described below.

Considerations before top up:
- You should check your loadable amount on the ininal mobile app. If the amount you want to top-up is over the monthly top-up amount, the top-up will fail and your money will be refunded.
- If the unsuccessful top-up was made on a weekday, it will be returned to your account the following day, or at the end of the first business day of the following week if it was made on weekends or public holidays.

- Log in to the mobile application or internet branch of the bank you work for.
If you have an Akbank, Garanti Bank, Ziraat Bank, Türkiye İş Bankası, Vakıfbank, QNB Finansbank, Yapı Kredi Bank or Şekerbank account, you should make a transaction by wire transfer;
- For Akbank, enter TR 36 0004 6007 8988 8000 0693 61 in the IBAN number field and complete your transaction by entering only the account number of your ininal account you want to send money to in the description field without leaving any spaces between them.
- For Garanti Bank, enter TR 83 0006 2000 1190 0006 2940 29 in the IBAN number field and complete your transaction by entering only the 13-digit barcode number on the back of the virtual or physical card you are actively using in the description field, without spaces in between.
- For Ziraat Bank, enter TR 56 0001 0022 4778 6851 6750 02 in the IBAN number field and complete your transaction by entering only the 13-digit barcode number on the back of the virtual or physical card you are actively using in the description field, without spaces between them.

- Ininal Ödeme Ve Elektronik Para Hizmetleri A.Ş. should be written as the Recipient Name.
If you have accounts with other banks, enter the EFT money transfer menu;
- In the IBAN number field - TR 36 0004 6007 8988 8000 0693 61 and in the description field, enter only the 13-digit barcode number on the back of the virtual or physical card you are actively using, without spaces between them, and complete your transaction.
- For EFT (if you are sending from a bank other than Akbank or Garanti), you should write INİNAL ÖDEME VE ELEKTRONİK PARA HİZMETLERİ A.Ş. in the recipient name.
- Within 15 minutes, the balance will be credited to your card.

Cardless balance top-ups from Akbank ATMs are free of charge. In case of card top-up, the same top-up fee applies as other banks.

  • Click on the cardless transactions menu on the Akbank ATM screen,
  • Select the Payments tab,
  • Select the Finance payments tab,
  • Enter ininal code 4111,
  • Enter the 13-digit barcode code on the back of your card,
  • Click the payment option by entering the amount,
  • Enter the amount you wish to deposit and proceed to continue.

If you have more than one TRY account, one will be assigned as the main account. You can change your main account at any time.

When you top up or send money to your ininal registered phone number, your money is automatically transferred to the main account. The main account for QR code payments is your default account. Unless you choose differently, your main account is primarily used for your money transfers and payments.

You can open a total of TRY 10 accounts. You can have up to TRY 5  accounts at the same time.

You can add and close a total of 10 cards. You can have up to 5 cards at the same time. You need to open one account for each card.

You can view your accounts from the accounts menu in our ininal mobile application and switch between your accounts by swiping left and right on the main screen. Simply click on your account to change account number, transaction history, account name. You can view your account limits in our mobile application by going to Other > My Account Limits.

You can use both the account number and the barcode number as the recipient in our ininal mobile app and at loading points.

You can send or top-up money by providing a barcode or account number.

If you have a balance in your Inial account , you must transfer the balance to another account before you close your account.

Even if you have a balance in your account, you can close your card and add a new card to the same account. But remember, only one card can be on an account at a time.

You can close your account by clicking the "Close Account" button in the account settings.

If you have a balance in your account, you must transfer the balance to another account before closing your account.

Accounts with an attached card cannot be closed. First you need to permanently close your card attached to the account. This also applies to temporarily closed cards.

You cannot close your last TRY account. All ininal users must have at least one TRY account.

If you are not a Turkish citizen, you can register with ininal with your foreign passport details.   

  • For your registration, click on the "Registration with Foreign Passport" button on our website ininal.com  or on the top right corner of our application.
  • Fill in your personal information, write your address where we can reach you in Türkiye.   
  • Take a clear photo of your passport and an unfiltered selfie of yourself holding the first page of your passport next to your face and upload it to the registration form.  
  • In the contact information and contract step, enter your phone number and select your ininal account.  
  • If you want to increase your limit, you can call our courier to your address free of charge, sign your contract and become an ininal Plus member. We would like to remind you that only the contract is delivered in the contract delivery, there is no ininal card in the envelope. You can purchase your ininal card fron our nearest sales points.  
  • After submitting the form, you can complete your registration by entering the verification code in the SMS sent to your phone.

You can top up your account with your own credit/debit card using our ininal mobile application. On the ininal mobile application home page, you can top up your ininal card with a balance of up to TRY 50,000 per month by clicking the 'Top up' button and selecting the 'Credit/Debit card' option. The following transactions cannot be made with balance top-ups made with credit/debit cards-

  • Transfer money to other ininal accounts
  • Money transfer by EFT/ Wire Transfer
  • Cash withdrawal
  • Payments for games of chance

All other transactions, including the purchase of National Lottery codes, can be made.

Up to TRY 2,750 balance can be topped to the ininal card in the first top-up. For subsequent top ups after the first top-up, your card must be added to your account via ininal.com or ininal mobile application. Cards that are not added via ininal.com or ininal mobile application can only be topped up to TRY 2,750 at once and cannot be topped up a second time. For this, it must be added to the account.

If you are not an ininal Plus member, you can top up your account as described below.

In our ininal mobile application, all sending and payments are based on the account you have selected as the sending account from which the money will be withdrawn.

When making a money transfer, you can enter the account number in the recipient field. If you know the card barcode number of the person you are sending to, you can also write this down. Ininal supports both.

How do transfers to the bank appear in the account activity?

The sends you make are called "EFT - Send". If the transmission to the bank is canceled, the money returned is called "EFT - Cancellation of Transmission".

Yes. Simply select the transaction you want to repeat in the Transfer > History menu and click the "Repeat Transaction" button on the detail page that opens. On the transaction page, all your details such as IBAN, recipient name and surname, transaction description will be filled in. So you will not need to enter the information again.

In the "My Recent Transactions" menu you can view all successful and unsuccessful transfers you have made. Future submissions that have not yet taken place are also listed here.

The recipient will see INİNAL ÖDEME VE ELEKTRONİK PARA HİZMETLERİ A.Ş. in the sender name field on the transaction receipt. The sender's name (i.e. your name) may appear in the receipt information section, depending on the receiving bank. However, since the length of the description field of the receiving banks varies, it may not appear in every bank. Therefore, after sending money, you can inform the person you sent money to by using the 'Notify Recipient' button or you can write your name and surname in the description section when sending money.

If the sender is an ininal Plus member, the sender's name and surname will appear in the sender name field on the transaction receipt. Click to find out how you can become an ininal Plus member.

There is a limit of TRY 50,000 per transaction for the transactions you will make during working hours. There is a limit of TRY 20,000 per transaction for after-hours submissions. The total sending limit is up to your account limit.

It is TRY 2,750 for standard users and TRY 500,000 for ininal Plus users.

When your submission is rejected by the receiving bank, the transaction status on the My Recent Transactions page will be "Transaction Failed". The refund period for incorrect submissions varies from bank to bank. In most banks, the amount is refunded in a short time after the error in the receiving account, while in some banks this period may take up to 2-3 days.

Your money transfer will not be accepted if you misspell the name and surname of the account holder you are sending to, or if you send to an account other than a Turkish Lira account. In these cases, the amount sent will be refunded to your account.

Working hours - All official working time is 09.00-16.40 on all official working days.

Off-hours - all hours from 16.40 until 09.00 a.m. and public holidays such as weekends and holidays.

If you want to send to a bank that is not available after business hours, your trade order will be automatically converted to a future transfer. In this case, your money transfer will take place at 9 am on the first working day. Your account will not be debited when you place the shipping order. The money is withdrawn from your account at the time of the transaction. If you do not have enough funds in your account, the shipment will not be sent.

If you want to send to a bank that is not available after business hours, your trade order will be automatically converted to a future transfer. In this case, your money transfer will take place at 9 am on the first working day. Your account will not be debited when you place the shipping order. The money is withdrawn from your account at the time of the transaction. If you do not have enough funds in your account, the shipment will not be sent.

Yes. You can cancel the future delivery order by following the Transfer > History steps. Press the "Cancel" button at the bottom of the detail page. In order to be able to cancel, the money must not have been sent yet. If the transfer has already taken place, the transaction cannot be canceled.

It is free of charge between 09.00 - 16.40 on official business days and TRY 5 outside these hours and on holidays.

You can withdraw cash from ATMs with your ininal VISA Card you added via ininal mobile application or ininal.com, the transaction fee is 1.15%+TRY 1.04 over the amount withdrawn.

When you click on your account in the "Accounts" tab on the home page, you can see your IBAN under your balance. After copying this IBAN, paste it into the recipient IBAN field in the bank application where you will transfer money, and after entering your own name and surname in the recipient name and surname section, you can make your money transfer instantly 24/7.

All ininal users automatically send money with FAST without any extra steps when sending money from their accounts.

The FAST (Funds Instant and Continuous Transfer of Funds) System is an instant payment system recently launched by the Central Bank. At FAST, payments are instantly credited 24/7 and the parties to the payment are immediately informed about the status of the payment.

In our ininal mobile application, the account you se.lect as the sender account from which the money will be withdrawn is taken as the basis for all sending and payments. You need to be an ininal Plus member to send money to other ininal users.

IBAN (International Bank Account Number) is an international bank account number standard developed by the European Committee for Banking Standards (ECBS). The IBAN number aims to ensure error-free, easy and fast transactions in money transfers.

Easy Address is your own information that is easier to enter and use, which you can define in the channels of the institution where your account is located, instead of your account number (IBAN) to the person you want to send money or make payments to you.

You can map your accounts to your phone number, e-mail address or TR ID number as an Easy Address and request that the Easy Address you set for your account be used for money transfers instead of the account number.

There is no time limit, you can send at any time.

Enter the "Transfer" menu. Scroll down to "Transfer to Bank". Then you can send money by entering the IBAN and name and surname information of the person you want to send money to. It is as simple as that.

Also it is defined in the recipient's Easy Address, cell phone number. If you know the TR ID number or e-mail address, you can also transfer money with the easy transfer to address option.

It is a feature that allows you to send money from your ininal card to any bank account you want, by entering an IBAN number or by transfer to Easy Address.

You must be an ininal Plus member to use the ininal mobile app to request money from other ininal users. Go to Transfer > Request funds and click the Request funds button. Select your account, enter the desired amount and, if you wish, write a description and confirm your request by proceeding to the Next step. When your request for money is complete, we will send a notification to your ininal relative. When your ininal relative clicks on the notification, they can select your request and take action. You can see the progress of your outgoing requests in the Transfer > Request Money > Outgoing Requests tab.

You must be an ininal Plus member to use the ininal mobile app to request money from other ininal users. Go to Transfer > Send money to other ininal users. If you wish, you can complete your money transfer transaction with your cell phone number or ininal number. You can manually dial the phone number of the ininal user you will send money to or you can s.elect a contact from your contacts. You can also type the barcode number or scan the barcode from the ininal number tab. Confirm your money transfer by entering the amount to send money. Your money transfer will take place quickly.

You can easily top up your ininal account from abroad up to TRY 15,000 per transaction via ininal mobile application. Log in to the application and follow Top Up > Transfer Money from Abroad. After selecting the Institution to which you have been sent money on the screen that appears, enter the Reference number and press the Continue button. The amount* sent to you will be instantly credited to your account.
Your balance received in your *ininal account is converted into Turkish Lira according to the current exchange rate.

From the ininal mobile application, click the 'Top up' button in the account detail. Scroll to the 'With operator' tab among the options that appear and click the 'Continue' button. In the next step, specify the amount to be topped up and click 'Continue' to receive the payment request. You need to reply 'YES' to the message from your operator, and then you will be charged. Each user can do this up to 30 times per month. The top up upper limit is the amount determined by the operators and varies according to the operator.
*Top up with the operator is only available through Vodafone, Turkcell and Turk Telekom services.

In foreign currency spending transactions, your TRY balance is automatically converted to foreign currency. For transactions in currencies other than Turkish Lira, the exchange rate applied in foreign settlement transactions may vary due to the exchange rates and commissions applied by provider of payment method.

Yes, you can pay securely with the 3D Secure system using your ininal card.

Once you add your ininal Card to your account via ininal.com or ininal Wallet, you can start performing transactions that require 3D Secure. 3D Secure is a security procedure. Its purpose is to make your spendings safer. When you want to shop on websites that use this procedure, an SMS code is sent to the phone connected to the account where you added the ininal Card. This SMS code is written in the relevant section on the website and the shopping process is completed.

When you want to shop online, you are asked for a 16-digit card number, the expiration date of the card and a 3-digit security code (CVV). The security code is the 3-digit number on the back of the card under the card number and expiration date and cannot be changed. After 3 incorrect entries, your card will be blocked. If you think that your card is blocked due to entering the CVV code incorrectly, you can unblock your card from the ininal mobile application by clicking My ininal Card > Other > CVV Unblock button.

You can call 0850 311 77 01 ininal Customer Services and request the remaining balance on your card to be transferred.

Anyone over 18 years of age can use the ininal mobile application and ininal card by creating an account on ininal, provided that they register with their mobile phone number and TR ID card. Young people between the ages of 13-18 can use the ininal card by opening a Young ininal account with the approval of their parents. The total limit for all ininal cards added to your account via ininal.com or ininal mobile application is TRY 2,750 within 1 month. On the 1st of each month, this limit is updated again to TRY 2,750.

The total balance in your account cannot exceed TRY 2,750. The maximum amount you can top up, taking into account your current balance, is the difference between TRY 2,750 and your current balance. Your monthly top-up limit is a total of TRY 2,750 and you cannot top up a balance exceeding this limit.

For the 500.000 TRY upload limit, you can switch to ininal Plus membership. For this, you need to sign a limit increase agreement. You can sign your contract by calling your courier free of charge through our application. Click here for more information.

You can view your card balance and transactions via the ininal mobile application that you can download to your mobile phone or tablet from app stores.

No, you cannot make any payment if there is no balance on the card. You spend as much as you load.

You can get an ininal card without signing any contract or form and without opening an account at the bank. You can use the ininal card you can buy at points of sale, by topping up your balance at ininal balance top-up points or by using the ininal mobile application.

You can add up to 5 ininal cards to your ininal account and you have the right to add a total of 10 cards in a year. You need to open one account for each card. 

In order to make transactions with the SMS password (3D Secure) sent for your security in internet shopping, your operator must be correctly defined in our system. If necessary, you can change the phone number linked to your account, after which your ininal card will be automatically opened for shopping with 3D Secure.

The last four digits of the 16-digit ininal card number on the back of the card is the password for your card. You can change the card password via the ininal mobile application. You can change your card password a maximum of 5 times in total.

Yes, you can withdraw the balance on your ininal virtual or physical cards as cash from ATMs. You cannot withdraw the cashback you have earned as part of the campaigns in cash.

Login to our ininal mobile application and select your blocked card to unblock your ininal card password. You can then proceed to More Actions > Password Block > Remove to unblock your password.

After logging in to our mobile application to close your ininal card, proceed to the "My ininal card" step on your card. After selecting Close card, continue by selecting your reason for closing your card or by typing your reason for account closure using the "Other" option. You can complete the card closure process by proceeding to the "Yes, close the card" step. You have a limit of 5 card closures in total.

Log in to our ininal mobile application, go to Other > Settings > Personal Information > Phone No. You are allowed to update your phone 5 times in total, after selecting the "Confirm" step, enter the SMS code received on your registered mobile phone. You can then successfully update your phone number by dialing the phone number you want to update.

Proceed to Other > Settings > Personal information > E-mail and type in your new e-mail address you want to update and click "Continue” by logging in to our ininal mobile application. You can successfully update your e-mail address by clicking on the verification link sent to your e-mail address.

In case of loss or theft, you can close your card for use via ininal mobile application or by calling 0850 311 77 01 ininal Customer Services. Your lost balance can be transferred to a different ininal card registered with your own details. Balances remaining on unaccounted cards cannot be transferred to other cards.

You will be required to enter a password for the first contactless transaction you will make in card payments in order to prevent the negativities that may occur in contactless transactions from your card during the 3-month State of Emergency in line with the instructions notified to Payment and Electronic Money Institutions by the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency, you can continue to use the contactless feature of the ininal card in your next transactions.

You can create your virtual card with the TROY logo on our ininal mobile application, either linked to an existing account without a card or to a newly created account.

Fraud, in the world of e-commerce, manifests itself in the form of making unfair gains by making transactions from any business with someone else's prepaid card, credit card or debit card; thus causing damage to the real cardholder, the business or the card institution / payment institution. Suspicious transactions can occur in different situations - The user learns that his/her card information has been used without the customer's knowledge when the transaction information is sent in an SMS or e-mail from his/her bank or the e-commerce site through which the transaction was made. Young people between the ages of 13-18 need to register for a Young ininal account in order to personalize their anonymous cards and have an ininal account.

Minors under the age of 18 will also be able to benefit from the advantageous world of ininal with Young ininal, which can be opened with the permission of the parent/guardian. First of all, in order to become a Young ininal user, your parent/guardian must register and approve you by adding you via the ininal application.

First, the parent/guardian registers to ininal by downloading the ininal application and following the identity and mobile phone verification steps. After logging in to the app, click on "Young ininal" in the "More" menu. Scroll down by clicking on the "Add Young ininal" button on the screen that pops up and confirm the Young ininal information by entering the TR ID number and date of birth of the young person whose parent/guardian s/he is. When a young person who has been approved by his/her parent/guardian downloads the ininal application and registers with his/her own mobile phone, enters his/her TR ID number and date of birth and continues, the information of his/her parent/guardian appears on the screen. The young person, who has not been approved by his/her parent/guardian, cannot register when he/she enters his/her TR ID number and date of birth while registering with his/her own mobile phone after downloading the ininal application and continues, and is asked to share the link of the ininal application with his/her parent/guardian. After downloading the ininal application, the parent/guardian follows the steps described above and confirms the Young ininal information.
